One of the major reasons why I continue to find success in my seasonal and weekly fantasy cash leagues has been my never ending quest to find favorable match-ups and up-and-coming players. Players that consistently fly under the radar and players that usually don’t occupy too much space in most fantasy owner’s minds, but have a favorable match-up. These types of players owners tend to ignore or forget about. In some ways you have to be a little lucky, but in other ways you have to realize that when one of these players has a good week or two, it doesn’t mean keep them, stop looking for new talent, and ignoring their current situation or their future match-up.

Fantasy Football owners have to continuously find ways to win games, the quest is never ending and if it means benching a certain player or finding a great free-agent match-up, then a great fantasy owner will always pursue different avenues to remain competitive.

Don’t let them just sit there because you don’t want to part with such and such player that hasn’t performed in weeks. By the time this particular player or players finally has a good game it will be too late, cut him and find someone worthy of a roster spot.
