All My Eggs In One Basket

About two weeks ago I mentioned that two leagues was enough for me to manage in one season (primarily because I will participate in weekly cash competitions), however, I was invited to participate in the Robin Sports Expert League and could not refuse the competition.

Unfortunately, my computer has been down for almost a week and I asked a friend to draft for me while I listened on the phone.  Even though I am 100% happy with my team, drafting is the best part of the season and having to do it on the telephone was the most boring experience that I have ever had drafting.

This is a keeper league so strategy is somewhat different, but much to my surprise I ended with many of the same players that I drafted from the sixth position in my blogger expert league.

Talk about putting all my eggs in one basket, here are the players I have in the Yahoo Blogger league and the Robin Sports League.

QB   Jon Kitna (same pick 54th)

RB’s Joseph Addai, Deuce McAllister(same picks 6th/30th)

Wr’s Marvin Harrison, Randy Moss, Calvin Johnson(same picks 19th/43rd/78th), Dwayne Bowe

K   Jeff Wilkins

I have Jason Witten in the blogger league, but something went wrong with the CBS software or else I would have him in my starting rotation at the TE position.

I have no clue what the odds are in getting the exact same starting lineup in sixteen draft rounds with twenty-two different team owners, but it is somewhat of a scary situation because it means one or two things; 1. Twenty-two owners have no clue as to what they’re doing. 2. I am the only idiot who believes in any of these players.

For a keeper league I think I have an excellent mix of youth and veterans and once again I believe this will be a difficult team to beat. What do you think?
